Summer Song

48 foot William Garden Cruiser–“Summer Song” -1978

Summer Song is a “one-off” Bill Garden Design.  She is very fuel efficient – 9 knots at 1450 RPM , burning about 12 litres an hour.  A 2009 “out of water: survey rated her as “above average”.   She has two cabins and two heads, one with a shower.  A Sealand holding tank is installed.  She also has an Espar diesel furnace.
Go to http://mpi.shawwebspace.ca/ for a description of the boat and over 40 pictures.
I am asking $35,000 or $30,000 if purchased before March 31, 2014.  Preference will be given to a buyer who will use her and look after her.
We are not using her enough- arthritis is getting in the way.
